Do you have car seats and booster seats available for the younger children?

Do you set up the routing for the district?

Do you have trained monitors/attendants to assist students?
Yes, trained monitors or attendants can be provided upon request. They are CPR-certified and trained in behavior management, safety protocols, and any specific student needs.
Do you offer split billing with another district sharing the ride?

Are your drivers trained in state regulations or requirements?
Yes, all drivers complete state-mandated training as well as additional onboarding to ensure full compliance with local and educational transportation standards.
Can I have the same driver for an exceptional student with an IEP?
Yes, we prioritize driver consistency for students with IEPs to support familiarity and stability. We make every effort to assign and retain the same driver when possible, especially for high-needs students.
Are your drivers Alcohol and Drug tested?
Yes, our drivers undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, as well as random testing throughout the year in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Are your drivers 21 years old?
Yes, all of our drivers meet or exceed the minimum age requirement of 21. We conduct thorough age and background verifications during the onboarding process to ensure compliance.
