Requirements
Drive with ADROIT
Give rides to students and earn $30+ per ride. A minimum of 2 rides guaranteed daily.

- Must be 18 years of age
- Licensed to drive in the US for at least one year
- Have access to a 4-door vehicle that is 10 years old or newer.
- In-state driver’s license.
- In-state auto insurance with your name on the policy.
- In-state license plates with current registration (commercial plates are acceptable as well).
- You must have a Social Security number.
- Working with children experience.
- Pass all background checks.
- FBI national background check.
- DOJ background check.
- National Sex Offender Registry.
- Alcohol and drug testing.
- Tuberculosis screening.
- Ongoing MVRs checks.
- TrustLine registry.
- County courthouse records for every county of residence.
- Federal courthouse records.

You’ll primarily transport students with special needs. This can include children with autism, physical disabilities, behavioral needs, or developmental delays. Every route comes with detailed rider profiles to help you provide personalized, compassionate service.
What technology do I need to use on the job?
You’ll use our Guardian App, which provides routing information, student details, pick-up/drop-off confirmations, and real-time communication. It’s user-friendly and helps ensure safety and accountability on every trip.
How does ADROIT handle student behavior challenges?
Each student has a rider profile with important information about their needs. Our team provides you with behavior management strategies and will always be available for guidance. Communication and patience are key.
